Rihanna and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown find a court-ordered protection order “unnecessary.”  Los Angeles sentenced Brown to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna and keep a distance of 10 yards from her if they attend the same event. But the former couple don’t think that’s necessary. An insider told the New York Daily News, "They think it's unnecessary and ridiculous."After (the court proceeding) Ri and Chris talked on the phone for almost an hour and really worked at becoming friends. They're solid now." However, they are not thinking in rekindling their relationship.  "That's 100 percent done. They aren't looking to hook back up again. They're both moving on and going their separate ways."

        

Rihanna may be called to the stand and testify in the Chris Brown case today. Brown, who allegedly beat his then-girlfriend Rihanna, will face a preliminary hearing, before a judge determines if the case goes to trial. Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra, told the press, "[The subpoena] is not a guarantee they will call her as a witness, but I fully expect that they will," Rihanna's lawyer. "She will testify truthfully." The hearing will be covered by dozen of reporters, who have signed up to be there.

        

Rihanna is being sued by her LA neighbor for parking vehicles on his lawn. UCLA professor Christian Moeller has filed a lawsuit against Rihanna alleging negligence, trespass, fraud, and invasion of privacy among other complaints. He said that the Barbados-born star often has "chauffeured vehicles that park or idle on Plaintiff's property for hours at a time." Moeller also blames Stephen Yacobian, the owner of the house he is renting, for depriving him from his parking accommodations. Besides, he complains about a newly constructed privacy wall and tall bamboo plants that block his city views.
